As part of Visa University's learning design and delivery leadership team, I cultivate a culture of growth, community, and experimentation. I lead performance consulting, instructional design, experience design, and implementation for Visa's Client Services, supporting over 3,500 employees globally. This role involves collaboration with business stakeholders to define key performance indicators, establish measurable outcomes, and drive performance improvements through data-informed decisions. Summary: Youth Co:Lab is the largest youth social entrepreneurship movement in Asia-Pacific. We created a series of social impact hackathons and capacity building workshops spanning four regions in Thailand over the course of five months. The initiative concluded with a final hackathon and Southeast Asian summit in Bangkok, Thailand.
