As part of Visa University's learning design and delivery leadership team, I cultivate a culture of growth, community, and experimentation. I lead performance consulting, instructional design, experience design, and implementation for Visa's Client Services, supporting over 3,500 employees globally. This role involves collaboration with business stakeholders to define key performance indicators, establish measurable outcomes, and drive performance improvements through data-informed decisions. Due to confidentiality, I unfortunately am unable to share examples of my work at Visa in this context.

Summary: We created an onboarding program inclusive of subject matter expert content and live demos.

Design Highlights:

Khon kaen UNDP Hackathon

UNDP Youth Co:Lab, Thailand Social Innovation Platform 

2018 DESIGN & DELIVERY

Audience: 300+ young social entrepreneurs 18-30 years old

Summary: Youth Co:Lab is the largest youth social entrepreneurship movement in Asia-Pacific. We created a series of social impact hackathons and capacity building workshops spanning four regions in Thailand over the course of five months. The initiative concluded with a final hackathon and Southeast Asian summit in Bangkok, Thailand.

Audience: Early stage entrepreneurs or those interested in entrepreneurship

Summary: I accidentally volunteered myself to lead a team to design, plan, market and execute Asia’s first Startup Week. This evolved into 41 events in ten locations over five days with over 500 attendees!

Design Highlights:

  • Self navigation design for relevancy & appropriate stress

Summary: Participant of Long Distance Design Thinking, a virtual course between the d.school and working professionals in Bangkok to create solutions for a local Thai travel company.

Summary: A consulting collaboration with a french tech startup featured at CES 2016. We conducted design research to better understand their customers and make product recommendations. Additionally, we achieved crowdfunding campaign success (486%).
